Statement of Faith
WE BELIEVE in the God of the Bible—the Creator of life, the universe, and everything—who eternally exists as three distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Acts 17:24–31)
WE BELIEVE in Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, who is both fully human and fully divine. He died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins, was buried, and rose from the grave. (John 14:6–7)
WE BELIEVE in the Holy Spirit, who is equal with the Father and the Son. He convicts people of sin, indwells and empowers believers, seals our salvation, and produces both spiritual fruit and spiritual gifts in the lives of God’s people. (Romans 8:26–27)
WE BELIEVE the Bible is the inspired Word of God, given by the Holy Spirit, and is the final authority in matters of faith, morality, and holiness. We strive to speak where the Bible speaks, and to exercise Spirit-guided wisdom where the Bible is silent. (2 Timothy 3:16)
WE BELIEVE that all people are created in God’s image, but all have sinned and fallen short of His standard. This results in a broken relationship with God, which can only be restored by His grace through faith in Jesus Christ. (Romans 3:22–24)
WE BELIEVE that baptism is an essential expression of faith and repentance through which we receive God’s forgiveness and the gift of the Holy Spirit. It symbolizes our death to sin and resurrection to new life in Christ. (Acts 2:38)
WE BELIEVE the church is the eternal family of God. Church is not just something we attend—it’s who we are. As the church, we are called to encourage one another, live in community, and work together to fulfill God’s purposes on earth. (Hebrews 10:24–25)
WE BELIEVE that the greatest commandments in Scripture are to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, strength, and mind, and to love our neighbors as ourselves. Jesus affirmed this, and it shapes our primary mission: to love God and love people. (Mark 12:30–31)
WE BELIEVE every believer is called to share the good news of Jesus and His teachings with spiritually lost people in our community and around the world. (Matthew 28:19–20)
WE BELIEVE that Jesus will one day return to judge the world. At His return, unbelievers will be raised to face eternal punishment, while believers will be raised to eternal life. (Matthew 25:46)
